Feb. 26-2

Two weeks until Spring Break and I am in full report-card-writing mode! This week, we wrapped up our Science unit on states of matter and continued our discussion on kindness. We spent two great afternoons watching "Wonder" with the school which sparked a great conversation about how kind actions can make us feel warm and fuzzy. We also attended a fantastic anti-bullying assembly which highlighted the importance of ensuring that everyone feels included and respected.

In these two weeks leading up to Spring Break, we will be continuing our study of the past tense in French, we will dive into division, and we will attempt to create our own ripple effect of kindness. We will also be studying the English past tense. As a result, our vocabulary words for the week are persevered, liked, talked, passed, died and bullied.
